• It sleeps two adults.
• The bedroom has a comfortable standard sized double bed.
• We’ll supply all of the bedding, bed linen, bath towels and tea towels. Don’t forget to pack your beach towels.
• We have provided a laptop so you can make use of our FREE internet access. Alternatively bring your own wireless laptop and connect to our WI-FI network.
• It's centrally heated and double glazed.
• There’s ample room for parking in the driveway.
• Free use of bikes (you'll need to bring your own helmets) or we can store your bikes for you.
• Plenty of local information/maps/walking routes in the lounge.
• It isn’t suitable for babies, children or pets.
• Unsuitable for wheelchair access.
• Sorry, no smoking inside the Boathouse.
• You can walk into Kingsbridge town centre in 20 minutes - and it’s relatively flat all the way.
• In the summer we take bookings in weekly blocks, Friday to Friday. Off peak, we take bookings for shorter
stays.
